Belfast came alive with the sound of hundreds of triathletes as the city hosted ‘Belfast Titanic Triathlon ’ on Sunday 3rd September.
The swimming events provided athletes with a unique view of the stunning Titanic Belfast building from the water of Belfast Harbour, the cycle route was fast and flat through the Harbour Estate while the running sections took participants through the heart of the city and around City Hall.
Belfast Titanic Triathlon is supported by Belfast City Council and a range of private sector sponsors. Established in 2012, the Belfast Titanic Triathlon has grown year on year and welcomes participants from across the British Isles and beyond. This year’s Charity Partner is MS Society Northern Ireland.
